Job summary

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) seeks an experienced professional to lead the development of housing apprenticeship assessments, defining strategies and ensuring regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to document assessment standards and deliver high-quality materials.

You will design a fit-for-purpose online assessment offer, uphold CIH’s standards, and ensure all products meet regulatory and organisational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing regulated assessments from the ground up.
• Solid grasp of assessment principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of assessments for housing apprenticeship assessment.
• Set and uphold the standard for housing qualification assessment.
• Ensure CIH assessment products and services are compliant with regulatory and organisational requirements.
