7.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm finish on Friday

About the Assembly Supervisor Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assembly Supervisor to join a fast-paced and hands-on manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will take the lead in supervising a team of assembly fitters, driving performance, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities of the Assembly Supervisor

1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of assembly teams.
2. Ensure production output meets schedules and targets in line with the master plan.
3. Set daily/weekly goals and monitor progress, implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Collaborate with Production Control and other Supervisors to ensure efficient resource sharing.

Essential Skills & Attributes of the Assembly Supervisor

1. Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
2. Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
3. Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving mindset.
4. High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
5. Supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
