What the job involves:

1. You will be responsible for designated teams of assembly fitters, encouraging team spirit, supervising, and working to workshop schedules and production targets.
2. Main duties include managing the production process through the assembly areas.
3. Ensure timely production of assemblies and achieve output levels in line with the master schedule.
4. Set daily/weekly targets in all work areas after weekly meetings with the Production Control Department.
5. Maintain discipline in procedures, health & safety, good housekeeping, and general conduct.

Desirable Attributes:

• Technical understanding of Hydraulic, Pneumatics, and Electrical systems.
• Knowledge of lean principles.
