Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment in Ferndown is seeking a dedicated Solder/Assembler to join a stable team on an ongoing temporary basis. You will solder components and wires, build precise electronic and mechanical assemblies, and follow technical diagrams or specifications to maintain high quality.

Full training is provided, and weekly pay with overtime at premium rates is offered in a consistent role with a well-established local employer.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience, IPC standards desirable.
• Experience in electronics or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical diagrams or written instructions.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination and methodical approach.
