Job summary

Rubicon People Partnership in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Solderer/Assembler to join a precision technology environment. You will build electronic and mechanical assemblies, solder and wire components, and read technical diagrams to speed up learning and skill development.

Full training is provided in a stable team with a 36.5-hour week. The role offers weekly pay and an early finish on Fridays, supporting consistent, hands-on career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronics, manufacturing, or assembly is desirable.
• Ability to follow technical diagrams or written instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination and a methodical approach.
