Job summary

INDEDU is offering a Trainee Maths Teacher position in Sutton, Outer London, through a school-based Initial Teacher Training programme. The role provides structured training, mentoring from experienced Maths specialists, and a progression toward Qualified Teacher Status.

You will train while teaching and gradually take responsibility for classes. The successful candidate will hold a Maths-related degree from a top university, with First-Class honours or a strong 2:1, and excellent GCSE/A-Level

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics or related discipline with strong academic results.
• Excellent GCSE and A-Level results.
• Clear commitment to education and developing as a Maths teacher.

Responsibilities

• Train to deliver Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
