Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support across production, warehouse and office.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, printers and networked equipment.
• Assist with user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and cloud services.
• Monitor IT systems and network performance and log issues.
• Document IT assets, tickets and procedures.
