Qualifications

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry including restaurant front line operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Business or Culinary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working financial comprehension and achieve KPI targets for the café.
• Collaborate with Sales to execute the Sales & Marketing plan and drive entrée growth.
• Mentor and coach junior management to understand financial goals.
• Provide clear operating direction with GM based on business strengths and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent execution of systems and processes to deliver brand standards.
• Support staffing objectives by attracting and retaining talented team members.
