Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Digital Workplace Analyst to support and develop workplace technology services. You will investigate incidents, analyze service data and contribute to practical improvements alongside Digital Workplace Engineers.

The role offers structured development, exposure to new ideas, and growing responsibility within a forward-looking IT function focused on digital capability and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support, operations, service management, endpoint or digital workplace environment.
• Working knowledge of endpoint devices and collaborative tools in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and endpoint management concepts.
• Ability to investigate technical issues and document findings.
• Ability to analyse operational data and recognise trends.

Responsabilités

• Investigate incidents, recurring faults and problem records to identify patterns and permanent resolutions.
• Support troubleshooting, decision-making and continuous improvement with service data.
• Assist engineers with design, build, testing, deployment and documentation of workplace technologies.
• Research digital workplace developments and turn ideas into proposals, trials or proofs of concept.
• Create and execute structured test plans with clear results, risks and defects.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes under engineering guidance.
• Contribute to incident, problem, change and knowledge management activities.
• Produce clear technical procedures and support documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams, suppliers and colleagues to communicate findings.
