Laing O'Rourke's Explore Manufacturing arm is recruiting a Graduate Digital Manufacturing Engineer in Worksop, with occasional visits to Oldbury. This early-career role focuses on data, digital tools and continuous improvement within live manufacturing environments.

You'll work with specialists to deliver technology and data solutions, develop dashboards in Power BI, analyse operational data and support digital platforms, learning through mentoring and the Laing O'Rourke Data Academy.

Responsabilités

• Support digital improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Help develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Prepare, analyse and improve operational data.
• Support manufacturing systems and digital platforms.
• Assist with testing and implementation of new digital tools; create process documentation and user guidance.
• Work with operational teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support data quality and governance activities.
• Learn how digital technology can drive safer, more efficient and more sustainable manufacturing.
