Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is welcome but not essential.
• Passion for food and ambition to progress in your career.
• Food hygiene knowledge is desirable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a shift pattern including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook simple dishes and plate food to the right standard.
• Support service by keeping things organised and running smoothly.
• Rotate through different kitchen sections as part of your training and development.
• Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with stock control and help reduce waste.
• Work as part of the team, stepping in to support wherever needed.
