Qualifications

• Experience estimating in Building & Civil engineering or groundworks.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and groundworks packages.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings and specs to define project scope.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and cost data.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to reflect practical delivery methods.
• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as required.
• Maintain and update estimating tools and databases.
