Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established civil engineering contractor. You will prepare competitive tenders for major civil projects and groundworks, with clear opportunities to progress to a Senior Estimator role.

The role requires proven estimating experience in Civil/groundworks, strong cost analysis, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Formación

• Proven estimating experience in Building, Civil engineering or groundworks.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (not essential).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Independent and team player.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, proactive mindset keen to grow with the business.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for JCT & NEC civil packages.
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand scope.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and build cost databases.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to reflect practical delivery methods.
• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as required.
• Maintain and update estimating tools and systems.
