Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor. You will prepare competitive tenders for major Civils projects and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate costings.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating within Building & Civil engineering or groundworks, preferably Civils / Energy projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for JCT & NEC civil packages on major projects.
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and build cost databases.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates reflect delivery methods.
• Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as required.
• Maintain and update estimating tools and systems.
