Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Apprenticeship pathway: Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months.
• Full-time kitchen apprenticeship under experienced chefs.

Responsibilities

• Open communication with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas.
• Set up and close down the department, including stock rotation and prep.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
• Complete documentation and daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
