Job summary

Qualifications

• NTAP online training in safeguarding, understanding SEN, behaviour management, and introduction to becoming a Teaching Assistant is a requirement after interview.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Support students with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional learning needs.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
• Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Help pupils with literacy, numeracy and emotional regulation.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
