Vision for Education is seeking a Trainee Behaviour Mentor in Taunton, Somerset, offering a pathway into mainstream and SEN schools. The NTAP training provides safeguarding, SEN understanding, and behaviour management, with hands-on classroom experience after interview.

Vision for Education are excited to offer the opportunity to become a Trainee Behaviour Mentor in mainstream and SEN Schools across North Somerset. Our National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP) provides excellent online training in courses such as Safeguarding, Understanding SEN, Behaviour Management and an Introduction into becoming a Teaching Assistant. These courses are a requirement after a successful interview, and are beneficial to gain knowledge in these topics prior to gaining hands-on classroom experience.

Pay & Hours:14.24 p/h (PAYE) Monday - Friday 08:30am - 15:30pm, term time only.
