Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking Trainee Teaching Assistants to work across North Somerset, including Weston-super-Mare, Nailsea, Clevedon, Yatton, Cheddar, Sandford and Portishead. Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, autism, and additional learning needs
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
