Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the UK. You will lead from the front, stepping in for the General Manager and driving memorable guest experiences across shifts.

Responsibilities include supporting the GM on KPI delivery, motivating the team, and ensuring the operation runs smoothly when deputising for the GM. Prior Deputy/Assistant Manager experience in a branded setting is preferred.

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
