Marston's PLC in the UK is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around and leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences.

You'll support the GM in achieving financial KPIs, inspire the pub team on every shift and deputise for the GM when required. A clear progression path through Aspire to General Manager is available, with flexible, part-time hours and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a similar/branded environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Passion for guest experience and service.
