Job summary

Triple Point seeks a Systems Transformation Manager to lead the Operations & Finance transformation agenda, with Aspire at its centre. You will translate business priorities into operational processes, system requirements, testing and implementation, while partnering with Finance, Origination, Credit and Technology teams to deliver end-to-end improvements.

You will own the business change backlog, drive planning, and maintain strong governance around scope, milestones, risks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across end-to-end lending and leasing lifecycle.
• Experience implementing or enhancing a lending administration platform (requirements, configuration, data, testing, BAU).
• Strong operational accounting knowledge: interest, fees, cash allocation, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into a delivery roadmap and implementation plan.
• Own transformation workstreams from discovery to handover.
• Be the main contact for Aspire and drive issues to resolution.
• Work with Technology on solution design and integration dependencies.
• Define operational readiness and go-live criteria.
• Ensure controls, risk management and data quality are embedded in BAU.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Origination, Credit and Legal.
