Based at Breedon Head Office in Derbyshire, the Asphalt Planner will coordinate delivery of asphalt and aggregates by phone and email, ensuring efficient scheduling and responsive service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role sits in the Customer Service and Distribution department and involves working in an office setting to support the commercial teams.

Formación

• Customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail in a busy office.
• Efficient multi-tasker with ability to handle multiple orders.
• Experience with or knowledge of Asphalt and Aggregates products.

Responsabilidades

• Plan asphalt plants to ensure supply from the most cost-effective site.
• Schedule and monitor customers’ orders to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams from enquiry to delivery.
• Maximise commercial opportunities while keeping customers informed.
