Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator for our Carlisle site. You will batch asphalt, perform plant maintenance and help run day-to-day operations, reporting to the Asphalt Plant Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, environmental and quality standards, with some night work expected. The ideal candidate has plant experience and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.

Position Overview: We're seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to become an integral part of our team at Carlisle. Reporting to the Asphalt Plant Manager, this role is key to our operations, focusing on batching asphalt, performing general maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our asphalt plant in line with our safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
