Job summary

Super Group International is seeking an ASO Specialist to drive mobile marketing across 15+ brands, focusing on iOS and Android app visibility and growth. You will own ASO strategies, optimise metadata, run tests, and collaborate with product and marketing to align app releases with growth goals.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of ASO experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ASO tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing ASO on App Store and Google Play, or relevant marketing experience.
• Experience managing apps on App Store and Play Store.
• Experience developing and executing successful ASO strategies that drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ASO results into clear insights.
• Highly analytical with experience using ASO and app performance tools like AppTweak, SensorTower, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
• Proficient in reporting and data visualisation using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator with marketing, product and analytics teams.
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise apps across markets, primarily on App Store and Play Store.
• Develop and execute ASO strategies to boost visibility and downloads.
• Optimise metadata including titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals.
• Run A/B tests on store assets and analyse results.
• Stay up to date with ASO trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ASO with app release cycles.
• Support launches of new apps, features and updates with tailored ASO strategies.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to drive In‑App Events promotions.
• Manage multiple ASO projects and timelines with stakeholders.
• Maintain cross-team collaborations and knowledge bases.
• Briefing, management, and research of projects in relevant systems.
• Maintain app store accounts and manage user access across platforms.
• Conceptualise and implement ideas across the business.
