Job summary

Phiture GmbH in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Senior ASO Consultant to lead client projects within our growth team. You will drive ASO and CRO strategies, mentor teammates, and deliver data-driven growth solutions across multiple markets and languages.

You’ll work directly with the Growth Lead and key clients to shape roadmaps, apply experimentation, and refine app store assets to improve discoverability and conversion in competitive markets.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior ASO Consultant to take on a pivotal role at Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key clients. As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, your responsibilities extend beyond client management. As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, you'll lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions.

This is a fixed-term engagement (approx. 10-12 months) starting as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients, ensuring scalable impact across markets and languages.
• Support key ASO clients globally by providing guidance on strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.
• Apply experimentation methodologies to optimize app campaigns' performance, combining ASO expertise with CRO principles to drive conversion improvements.
• Lead keyword optimization (KWO) projects to improve app discoverability across global markets, tailoring strategies to multiple languages and audiences.
• Apply creative testing methodologies to optimize app store assets, helping clients stand out in competitive app marketplaces.
• Guide Growth Managers to build robust analytical and strategic skills, encouraging curiosity and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and refine client strategies using a deep understanding of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation.
• Grow Phiture's influence on the mobile marketing industry (especially in ASO).
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into pod strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields (e.g., CRO, performance marketing, experiment-driven mobile growth)
• Solid knowledge of ASO & mobile marketing , especially performance marketing
• A strategic mindset with demonstrated expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.
• Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
• Curiosity and adaptability , with a willingness to learn the technical aspects of ASO if not already familiar.
• Excellent client management skills in an agency setting.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Apple ads experience or any CAC:LTV based performance marketing
• Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO)
