Pharmaxo Compounding is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to guide a team of engineers responsible for maintaining critical systems and equipment across our pharmaceutical site. The role focuses on cGMP-compliant practices to ensure safe, reliable and compliant facilities for sterile medicines.

You will oversee diverse maintenance activities, plan preventive work, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high standards of quality and patient safety at our UK site.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a GMP/compliant environment.
• Experience leading a team of engineers or technicians.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced site.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of engineers responsible for maintaining critical systems and equipment across a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

The site specialises in the manufacture of aseptically prepared medicines and operates to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. You will oversee a wide range of technical and engineering activities, ensuring that essential equipment and systems remain safe, reliable, compliant and fit for purpose.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
