Pharmaxo Compounding is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to direct a team of engineers responsible for maintaining critical systems across our aseptic pharmaceutical site. You will ensure safety, reliability, and compliance while supporting cGMP standards and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in maintenance, strong leadership skills, and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or aseptic facilities is preferred.

Responsabilités

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Team Leaderto lead a team of engineers responsible for maintaining critical systems and equipment across a pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

The site specialises in the manufacture of aseptically prepared medicines and operates to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. You will oversee a wide range of technical and engineering activities, ensuring that essential equipment and systems remain safe, reliable, compliant and fit for purpose.
