Job summary

Bolton St Catherine’s Academy is seeking an ASD Provision Manager to lead the specialist resource provision for students with autism spectrum conditions. You will oversee a dedicated team and work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to tailor support and enable access to mainstream lessons.

You will develop and monitor individual education plans, promote inclusion, and act as Form Tutor for Hive pupils.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in an education setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with special educational needs, especially ASD.
• Excellent communication with pupils, parents and staff.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

• Oversee the development and delivery of the school's specialist resource provision for students with ASD.
• Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Work closely with the SENCO, teaching staff, teaching assistants and external agencies to provide tailored support for Hive pupils to access mainstream lessons.
• Create and monitor individual education plans and support strategies.
• Promote inclusion and positive outcomes for students with ASD across the school community.
• Act as Form Tutor for The Hive pupils, delivering key messages and routines daily.
• Act as first point of call for all enquires and support requests for pupils of the Hive.
