Teaching Personnel is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support pupils in an ASC provision and secondary school setting in Carmarthenshire. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning, build confidence and develop independence.

Flexible, term-time role with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions, plus access to CPD and local consultant support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with ASC/ALN
• Strong communication, patience and resilience
• Experience supporting children, young people, or vulnerable individuals

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access learning
