Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our Yorkshire region team. The role involves conducting a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to our clients.

The position offers a full-time contract with a base salary of £32,000–£40,000 plus an overtime/OTE potential including weekends (£46,000). A company vehicle and extensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
• Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our team across the Yorkshire region.In this role, you will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, while delivering expert technical advice and high-quality reporting to our clients.

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
• Collect accurate site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Complete detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using dedicated software.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• Proven knowledge and experience in asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
