Job summary

Lucion Group is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join our Hazardous Materials team around Solihull, West Midlands. You’ll perform diverse asbestos surveys on commercial buildings and sites, delivering accurate data and clear reporting to keep projects safe and compliant.

You’ll need BOHS P402 or equivalent, knowledge of HSG264, and a full UK driving licence. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring independent work and collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires BOHS P402 or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid knowledge of HSG264 and related asbestos guidance.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys.
• Travel across Solihull, West Midlands and surrounding areas to client sites.
• Collect accurate site data using a phablet and produce high-quality NexGen reports.
• Ensure work complies with asbestos legislation and guidance.
