Lucion are seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join our Hazardous Materials team in Southampton. This field-based role involves carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across client sites, with a focus on accuracy, safety and regulatory compliance.

You will sample and assess asbestos-containing materials, record site information using digital systems and produce clear reports. A BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent RSPH qualification/Certificate of Competence).
• Experience carrying out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Strong understanding of HSG264 and current asbestos regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical reports.
• Full UK manual driving licence and flexibility to travel across Southampton and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

Responsabilités

• Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across client sites.
• Identify, sample and assess asbestos-containing materials accurately and professionally.
• Record detailed site information using our digital systems and produce clear survey reports.
• Provide trusted technical advice to clients, contractors and project teams.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with HSG264, current legislation and Lucion's quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering a reliable and professional service.
