Future Select Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Consultant in the Midlands. You will conduct management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across our client base, delivering accurate reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires BOHS P402 or RSPH, with P405 advantageous, and strong communication skills. A company vehicle and pension scheme are offered as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Must hold BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
• BOHS P405 is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT competencies.

Responsabilités

• Conducting detailed management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Re-inspection surveys.
• Collecting ACM samples from site.
• Delivering samples to the laboratory for analysis.
• Performing auditing on surveyors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Completing competency checks on teams, highlighting training needs.
• Producing detailed technical survey reports and schematic drawings.
• Supporting and training colleagues.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £43k + Training & Benefits

A privately-owned Asbestos Consultancy is recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor to join their experienced team. They have a cluster of domestic, local authority and commercial contracts across the Midlands region. You will primarily be conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys, and performing some auditing and quality assurance duties when required. We are seeking someone with excellent technical knowledge, who is articulate and able to confidently communicate advice to clients. Experience / Qualifications

• Strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant
• Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
• It would be advantageous to hold the BOHS P405
