Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join a growing West Midlands team in Birmingham. The role requires BOHS P402/403/404 or RSPH equivalents and extensive asbestos industry experience.

You will perform 4 stage clearances, fibre counting, and produce detailed technical reports for clients. Applicants should have strong knowledge of UKAS, HSG 248 and HSG 264, plus excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalents
• Strong working knowledge of UKAS, HSG 248 and HSG 264
• Confident in producing detailed technical reports
• Professional client manner
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Performing personal, background, leak, smoke and reassurance air testing
• Fibre counting
• Creating thorough technical reports and schematic drawings
• Providing technical advice and updates to clients
• Conducting management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection asbestos surveys

This growing asbestos company is seeking a reputable and highly experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join them in the West Midlands. Applicants will need all the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and have extensive experience in the asbestos industry. As you will hit the ground running undertaking fibre counting, collecting ACM samples and 4 stage clearances. Experience / Qualifications:
