Job summary

Randstad CPE is partnering with a leading safety and compliance business to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst. The role is field-based, covering the North, East and West Midlands, conducting inspections, sampling and testing to support abatement projects.

Qualifications

• Must hold BOHS P402 and BOHS P403/P404 (or RSPH equivalents).
• Maintains valid CSCS site access accreditation.
• Additional qualifications like BOHS P406, W504 (S301) or CoCA are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience performing surveying and analytical duties across site environments.
• Methodical, IT literate, proactive, and capable of working on initiative.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client premises to perform technical asbestos inspections, bulk sampling and testing.
• Enter a management capacity for abatement schemes and ensure compliance with guidance and RAMs.
• Own the process for four-stage clearances and site re-occupations, liaising with clients and licensed operatives.
• Produce survey data, test reports, method statements and site plans using PDAs or similar tools.
• Assist in training newer staff and provide feedback to management on site conditions.
• Maintain UKAS-aligned quality control and care of allocated vehicle and equipment.
