Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Asbestos Site Analyst for roles covering domestic and local authority contracts in the Midlands, including Coventry. You must be signed off to complete clearances and hold P402 or RSPH equivalent, with UKAS familiarity.

Responsibilities include air monitoring, sample collection, fibre counting, machine calibration, and reporting to clients. A company vehicle, fuel card, and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified with the BOHS P402 and/or RSPH equivalent.
• Experience in a UKAS accredited company.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full air monitoring duties including personal, background and reassurance tests.
• Performing 4-stage clearances and collecting ACM samples.
• Fibre counting and calibrating equipment.
• Liaising with removal teams to meet deadlines safely.
• Producing regular technical reports and client updates.

Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company growth, a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is recruiting in the Midlands. They are seeking a qualified Asbestos Site Analyst to cover domestic and local authority contracts across the region. Applicants must be fully signed off to complete clearances and air monitoring, and will hold full industry qualifications to reflect this. Experience / Qualifications

• Track record of working as an Asbestos Site Analyst
• Will have worked within a UKAS accredited company
• Must be qualified with the BOHS P402 and / or RSPH equivalent
• Good understanding of HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines
• Experience liaising with sub-contractors / third parties
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role

• Conducting full air monitoring duties, including: personal, smoke, background, leak and reassurance
• 4 stage clearances
• Collecting ACM samples
• Fibre counting
• Calibrating equipment
• Liaising with removals teams to ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes and safety guidelines
• Wearing correct PPE
• Producing regular technical reports
• Providing updates directly to clients
