Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is looking for a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with a well-rounded grasp of industry technical guidelines and proven hands-on experience. The company is a privately-owned and developing outfit, who have a strong presence in the South East of England. Ideally, applicants will be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company. Experience / Qualifications:

1. Must have a strong track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited outfit
2. Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
3. Working knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 compliance guidelines
4. IT literate
5. Good written and literacy skills
6. Flexible to travel as needed

The Role:

1. Undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with industry guidelines
2. Sampling from site for analysis
3. Conducting re-inspection surveys
4. 4 stage clearances
5. Overseeing compliance adherence across asbestos removals projects
6. Leak, background, reassurance and personal air monitoring
7. Writing bespoke survey reports
8. Representing the company in a professional manner
9. Providing regular updates to clients as well as answering any technical queries
