Qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Location: Barnsley

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000

Are you an experienced asbestos surveyor analyst looking to join a global leading company? If you are a fully qualified Asbestos Surveyor Analyst (BOHS P402, P403, P404) with a professional and proactive attitude, they would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting asbestos consultancy work at sites across the North West including asbestos surveys and air tests.
2. Providing advice and project management.
3. Accurate assessment of asbestos removal works, detection of asbestos debris, and ensuring compliance with HSG 247 clearance test.
4. Account management for specific clients.
5. Communicating with clients and line managers to ensure smooth running of site work.
6. Processing samples and generating reports in a timely manner.
7. Enhancing professional development by attending monthly toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
8. Assisting in training less experienced team members.

Essential Requirements:

1. All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified.
2. Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management.
5. Excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation.
6. Good IT skills and experience in using TEAMS systems.
