Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is looking for a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with a well-rounded grasp of industry technical guidelines and proven hands-on experience. The company is a privately-owned and developing outfit, who have a strong presence in the South East of England. Ideally, applicants will be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company. Experience / Qualifications:

• Must have a strong track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited outfit
• Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
• Working knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 compliance guidelines
• IT literate
• Good written and literacy skills
• Flexible to travel as needed

The Role:

• Undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with industry guidelines
• Sampling from site for analysis
• Conducting re-inspection surveys
• 4 stage clearances
• Overseeing compliance adherence across asbestos removals projects
• Leak, background, reassurance and personal air monitoring
• Writing bespoke survey reports
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Providing regular updates to clients as well as answering any technical queries
