Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in domestic, commercial, and industrial premises.
2. Perform 4-stage clearance and air monitoring duties.
3. Compile high-quality reports.
4. Oversee on-site contractors.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 2 years of experience in a dual-trained role.
• Proficiency in carrying out R&D surveys up to a commercial level.
• Authorization to conduct air monitoring and 4-stage clearances.
• A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel.
• Willingness to work out of hours and on weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Security clearance.
