Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Location: Mitcham

Salary: GBP36,000 - GBP43,000 per annum (Experience based)

Requirements:

• Must hold P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
• Full and clean driving license
• Significant experience in UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys, air monitoring, and 4-stage clearances
• Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check

Responsibilities:

• Conduct UKAS-accredited air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and asbestos surveys
• Work flexibly across company offices or client sites
• Support quality assurance processes and audits
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations as a service provider and employer
• Participate in training, development, and continuous improvement
• Maintain technical expertise and sector awareness while meeting productivity targets
