Job summary

TipTopJob in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established environmental consultancy delivering asbestos services across commercial, residential, and public sectors. The role requires BOHS P402 and UKAS experience.

You will conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, collect samples, and produce reports, while liaising with clients and contractors to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Asbestos Surveyor in a UKAS accredited consultancy.
• Knowledge of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 guidelines
• Collect bulk samples and ensure accurate site documentation
• Produce clear and detailed asbestos survey reports
• Carry out site inspections across a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic properties
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently
