Qualifications

• BOHS P402 (essential) certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Experience in UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, organised, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys per HSG264.
• Perform bulk sampling across various properties.
• Produce accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports.
• Survey sites across the M3 Corridor.
• Manage workload with support from operations.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and HSE guidance.

A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a busy and expanding portfolio of work across the M3 Corridor, covering Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, and the surrounding areas. The Role

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264
• Conducting bulk sampling across a variety of commercial and public sector properties
• Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports
• Surveying commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites throughout the M3 Corridor
• Managing workload independently with support from an established operations team
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

About You

• BOHS P402 (essential)
