Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group, via DCUK, seeks an Asbestos Supervisor to cover the Midlands. The role oversees asbestos removal, encapsulation and environmental cleaning across multiple sites, requiring strong leadership and safety focus for excellent customer service.

We offer a competitive salary (£41,690–£50,028), travel/van allowances, PPE, and industry-leading training. Full-time with 40–50 hour weeks; pension and wellbeing support provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum working in an asbestos removal and supervisory environment.
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Asbestos Awareness training

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing asbestos removal, encapsulation, and environmental cleaning operations within the Utilities Sector.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the issued Plans of Work, current UK legislation, comprehensive specifications, and the DCUK FM Ltd Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Providing guidance and leadership to the Asbestos Removal Operatives.
• Monitoring the proper usage, maintenance, and care of all provided Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, and Asbestos Removal plant and equipment, and promptly addressing any malfunctions or defects.
