Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Asbestos Analyst to operate across the North East, focusing on high‑grade commercial properties and regional infrastructure rather than domestic work.

You will perform 4‑stage clearances, liaise with LARCs, generate air monitoring reports, and maintain UKAS accreditation, with a valid CSCS card, a full UK driving licence, and BOHS P403/P404 (or RSPH) credentials.

Qualifications

• BOHS P403 and P404 certifications or RSPH equivalent.
• Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a UKAS-accredited consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4-stage clearances, re-occupation testing, background sampling and leak testing.
• Oversee site abatement schemes and liaise with LARCs and duty holders.
• Generate digital air monitoring reports and site schematics using handheld tablet software.
• Maintain UKAS accreditation standards, equipment calibration, and internal QA/QC schemes.

Supported by major long-term commercial and public sector contracts, this role focuses on high-grade commercial properties and regional infrastructure rather than repetitive domestic runs- offering a quality-first environment with zero door-to-door travel tracking.
