Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is partnering with a UK safety and compliance consultancy to recruit an experienced Asbestos Analyst for the North East region. The role focuses on high-grade commercial properties and regional infrastructure with travel integrated into base pay.

You will work across major estates and campuses, with clear progression into senior analyst and QA roles. A quality-first environment and flexible transport options are provided.

Qualifications

• BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent required.
• Experience in UKAS-accredited consultancy environment preferred.
• Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4-stage clearances, re-occupation testing, background sampling and leak testing.
• Oversee site abatement schemes and liaise with Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors (LARCs) and duty holders.
• Generate digital air monitoring reports and site schematics using handheld tablet software.
• Maintain UKAS accreditation standards, equipment calibration, and internal QA/QC schemes.

Randstad are partnered with a private equity-backed UK safety and compliance consultancy to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst across the North East.

Supported by major long-term commercial and public sector contracts, this role focuses on high-grade commercial properties and regional infrastructure rather than repetitive domestic runs-offering a quality-first environment with zero door-to-door travel tracking.
