Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst for assignments across Dartford, Gravesend, and surrounding areas. The role requires BOHS P403/P404 at minimum (P402 for dual-skilled candidates) and a strong knowledge of HSG guidelines.

Travelling will be across listed sites with competitive pay and benefits. You will conduct 4-stage clearances, air testing, ACM sampling, fibre counting, and report writing, while ensuring safe removals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst or Asbestos Site Analyst.
• BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent) at minimum.
• BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) for dual-skilled candidates.
• Good working knowledge of HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelines.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting 4 stage clearances.
• Full air testing duties, including: personal, leak, smoke, background and reassurance.
• Safely collecting ACM samples from site.
• Fibre counting.
• Calibrating equipment.
• Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection asbestos surveys.
• Ensuring removals works are completed safely and correctly before signing off.
• Producing detailed technical reports.
• Providing regular updates to clients regarding site projects.

We are recruiting for a dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be joining a A UKAS Accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who has recently won new domestic and local authority contracts in the South East of England. Due to the nature of the contracts, our client is also able to accept applications from candidates who hold solely on-site analytical experience, including: 4 stage clearances and air monitoring. You must hold strong technical knowledge and will be able to hit the ground running. Our client is offering attractive base salaries, in addition to: company vehicle, fuel expenses and overtime earning opportunities.

You will be travelling across: Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Rainham, Sidcup, Erith, Bromley, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Snodland, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Mitcham, Epsom, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Hounslow, Southall, Wembley, Harrow, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Hornchurch, Basildon, Grays, Tilbury, Canvey Island, South Benfleet.

Experience / Qualifications:
