Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking two Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Leads for a 6-month FTC to join our Housing Services team in the North East. You’ll work with customers and partners to resolve anti-social behaviour and complex tenancy breaches within our neighbourhoods.

You’ll lead on complex and challenging situations, coordinating interventions and supporting residents. Experience in enforcement or compliance and a strong customer focus are essential, with a full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Enforcement or compliance background is essential.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience to build loyalty.
• Able to handle challenging conversations with respect and professionalism.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues and to influence and negotiate.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners including local authorities and the police.
• Ensure neighbourhoods are safe and residents are supported.
• Lead on complex and challenging cases and arrange appropriate interventions.
• Oversee anti-social behaviour, tenancy and lease breaches through to resolution; guide Housing Services Coordinators on lower-level cases.
• Prepare for and represent Thirteen at court hearings.
