Thirteen Group is seeking two Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Leads for a 6-month FTC to join our Housing Services team in the North East. You’ll work with customers and partners to resolve anti-social behaviour and complex tenancy breaches within our neighbourhoods.
You’ll lead on complex and challenging situations, coordinating interventions and supporting residents. Experience in enforcement or compliance and a strong customer focus are essential, with a full UK driving licence required.
