Job summary

4Recruitment Services are seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Tenancy Specialist to cover the Morden area. The role requires extensive ASB experience and expertise in tenancy fraud and enforcement actions.

You will manage complex tenancy cases, coordinate with Neighbourhood Response Officers, and prepare legal files for court proceedings. Strong interview and communication skills are essential to support victims and apply proportionate responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) within housing or related sector.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, fraud, ASB and legal disrepair.
• Experience of investigative interviewing, ideally for fraud/ASB.
• Ability to manage complex tenancy cases and legal action processes.
• Excellent communication; able to challenge constructively and make decisions.
• Resilient with problem-solving focus and solution orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level expertise on tenancy fraud, ASB, domestic abuse and legal action for tenancy enforcement.
• Manage case work with Neighbourhood Response Officers to ensure proper investigations and actions.
• Oversee tenancy fraud, sub-letting and RTB fraud cases across the region and coordinate locally.
• Direct and support investigations and enforcement for anti-social behaviour cases.
• Decide on appropriate actions against offenders and support for victims.
• Prepare legal files and manage tenancy enforcement and fraud cases with solicitors and bailiffs.
• Represent the organisation at court for tenancy fraud and ASB related cases as required.
• Manage complex tenancy management cases referred by Customer Support.
• Liaise with Police and partners to gather evidence for fraud or criminal proceedings.
